The story

Understand Me is a song about struggle and reflection, and the realization that sometimes, no matter how hard people try, many times we are incapable of being good partners in a relationship because we don't understand ourselves. The song can have many meanings, but it was my way of working to understand myself. Despite how much shadow work I do, I still have a long way to go until I evolve as a healthy person. My traumas and struggles have pushed me to dig deeper and really understand myself.
